Major Online Child Exploiter Arrested in Thailand Thanks to Hagar’s Investigative Team

A Major Breakthrough in the Fight Against Online Child Exploitation

Earlier this month, Hagar’s frontline investigative team in Thailand uncovered critical evidence that led to a major breakthrough in the fight against online child exploitation.

On October 21st, Thailand’s Department of Special Investigation (DSI) acted on this evidence to:

  • Arrest a perpetrator whose computer contained over 75,000 files of child sexual abuse material
  • Shut down 200 social media groups involved in trading these illegal images
  • Begin the crucial process of identifying hundreds of affected child victims

This operation marks a significant step forward in dismantling online exploitation networks and protecting vulnerable children.

Your Support Made This Possible

This powerful outcome began with the tireless work of Hagar’s team in Thailand, and it was made possible by the dedicated generosity of supporters like you.
